食物文化鑲嵌於日常生活，理解台灣菜的「內涵」是首要梳理的課題，以台灣社會歷史的飲食文學時間軸來呈現「原汁原味」的台灣味。再透過「食物設計」讓人「以身體現」，從「體驗」的角度出發，一邊朗讀台灣飲學文學，一口吃下台灣味。讓「台灣味」不僅是一種市場商品，更是在日常生活中得以體現的文化範疇，那是台灣人也不知道的台灣味。

How to show the connotation of Taiwanese food? - Food culture is embedded in Taiwanese' daily life, and understanding the "connotation" of Taiwanese food is key issue to be sorted out, UOVO address the "authentic" Taiwanese food presented in the timeline of Taiwan's social history,
Through "food design", and from the perspective of "experience", we read the Taiwanese literature, and taste the taste of Taiwan in one bite.
We try to make "Taiwanese Food" not only a market commodity, but a cultural category in which the concept of a nation is embodied in daily life, and finds the real taste of Taiwan that Taiwanese don’t know.
